On May 29, 2015, the Chase Issuance Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, and Chase Bank USA, National Association (the “~~Issuing Entity~~Bank”), ~~entered into~~completed the ~~Class~~securitization ~~A(2015-6)~~of ~~Terms~~approximately ~~Agreement~~$1, ~~dated May 21~~000, ~~2015~~000,000 ~~pursuant~~of tocredit ~~the~~card ~~Underwriting~~receivables. ~~Agreement,~~The ~~dated~~securitization ~~May 11,~~consists ~~2015,~~of ~~among the Issuing Entity~~$1, ~~Chase Bank USA~~000,000,000 ~~National~~Class ~~Association~~A(2015-6) ~~and J~~notes.P. ~~Morgan Securities LLC.~~

The ~~Underwriting~~Class ~~Agreement~~A(2015-6) ~~was~~notes ~~included~~are aspart ~~Exhibit~~of ~~1.1(~~a) toseries of notes called the ~~Form~~CHASEseries. ~~8-K~~The ~~filed~~CHASEseries ~~with~~consists ~~the~~of ~~Securities~~Class A notes, Class B notes and ~~Exchange~~Class ~~Commission~~C onnotes. ~~May 11,~~The Class A(2015-6) ~~and~~notes ~~is incorporated~~are ~~herein~~a bytranche ~~reference~~of the Class A notes of the CHASEseries.
