Item 3. Sales of Securities and Use of Proceeds.

During the period covered by this report, the issuing entity guaranteed and the Bank issued on August 5, 2015, EUR1,500,000,000 0.375% Covered Bonds due August 5, 2020.

The net proceeds from the sale of the Covered Bonds were added to the Bank’s general working capital and will be used for general working capital purposes.
