The Bank of Montreal (the “Bank”) made the following distributions during the reporting period on outstanding Series of Covered Bonds:

Item 3. Sales of Securities and Use of Proceeds.

During the period covered by this report, the issuing entity guaranteed and the Bank issued (i) on September 21, 2015, EUR1,000,000,000 0.75% Covered Bonds due September 21, 2022 and (ii) on September 29, 2015, EUR135,000,000 1.597% Covered Bonds due September 28, 2035.

The net proceeds from the sale of the Covered Bonds were added to the Bank’s general working capital and will be used for general working capital purposes.
