On Friday, December 4, 2015, Global-Tech Advanced Innovations Inc. issued a press release announcing that the company has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to effectuate a “going private” transaction. Copies of the press release and the Agreement and Plan of Merger are attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and 2, respectively.
