As of December 31, 2017, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 4,941,092 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.5% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 90,329,772 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 1, 2017, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on November 8, 2017.
