On September 11, 2018, Claire’s Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the second quarter of Fiscal 2018 and certain other information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
