Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On July 23, 2019, HopFed Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) held a special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) at which the following items were voted on and approved:

1.	Approval of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated January 7, 2019, by and between the Company and First Financial Corporation, pursuant to which the Company will merge with and into First Financial Corporation, with First Financial Corporation surviving the merger.

2.	Approval of a an advisory (non-binding) proposal regarding the compensation that may be paid or become payable to the Company’s named executive officers in connection with the merger.

A preliminary count showed that more than enough votes to approve the merger had been received. A proposal to adjourn the Special Meeting to a later date, if necessary to solicit additional proxies, was not called.
