On March 5, 2020, Vivint Smart Home, Inc. (“Vivint Smart Home”), the parent of APX Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the results of Vivint Smart Home’s and the Company’s operations for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2019. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
