Departure of Directors and Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 16, 2021, Booga Gilbertson provided notice of her intent to retire from her position as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Puget Sound Energy, Inc. effective as of October 1, 2021.
