Other Events.

On May 16, 2022, Granite Ridge Resources, Inc. (“Granite Ridge” or “Parent”), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) a registration statement on Form S-4 that includes a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus relating to the proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”), among Executive Network Partnering Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“ENPC”), GREP Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GREP”), Granite Ridge, and the other parties to the Business Combination Agreement, dated May 16, 2022 (the “Business Combination Agreement”).

Additional Information and Where to Find It

In connection with the Business Combination, Granite Ridge has filed a registration statement on Form S-4 (File No. 333-264986) (as may be amended from time to time, the “Registration Statement”) that includes a preliminary proxy statement of ENPC and a preliminary prospectus of Granite Ridge, and after the Registration Statement is declared effective, ENPC will mail a definitive proxy statement/prospectus and other relevant documents relating to the Business Combination to ENPC’s stockholders. The Registration Statement, including the proxy statement/prospectus contained therein, when declared effective by the SEC, contains important information about the Business Combination and the other matters to be voted upon at a meeting of ENPC’s stockholders to be held to approve the Business Combination (and related matters).
