Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 31, 2022, Justin Wilson resigned from his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Gores Technology Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ted Fike will continue to serve as the sole Chief Executive Officer.
