EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 to our Distribution Report on Form 10-D/A for the monthly distribution period from January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2024 (the “Original Form 10-D”), is to amend Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Form 10-D in the manner set forth under Item 9 of Part II below. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 10-D other than the change described in the preceding sentence. Other than as set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto, this Amendment No. 1 does not reflect events occurring after the filing date of the Original Form 10-D.
