On May 15, 2025, PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (NYSE: PDI) (the “Fund”) posted an amended and restated Section 19 Notice to its website at www.pimco.com that sets forth an estimate of the sources of the Fund’s distribution payable May 1, 2025 to shareholders of record on April 11, 2025.
