On November 4, 2011, David Q. Tognoni resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of BE Resources Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Tognoni continues to serve as a director of the Company.

A copy of the Company’s press release disclosing Mr. Tognoni’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
