Item 7.01.	Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 27, 2012, RBS Global, Inc. and Rexnord LLC (the “Co-Registrants”), announced their intent to seek a refinancing of their senior secured credit facilities to, among other things: (i) increase the amount of the term loans to $950.0 million, (ii) extend the maturity of the term loans to April 2018 and modify the interest rate with respect to such term loans; (iii) extend the maturity of the revolver commitments for an additional five years and modify the interest rate with respect to such revolver commitments; and (iv) modify certain other provisions of the credit facilities. The proposed refinancing of the senior secured credit facilities are subject to market and other conditions, and may not occur as described or at all.

The Co-Registrants are disclosing under Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K the foregoing information.

The Co-Registrants are furnishing the information in this Current Report on Form 8-K to comply with Regulation FD.
