OnResignation ~~April 5, 2010 the Board~~ of ~~Directors~~Chief ofOperating Dongsheng Pharmaceutical International Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) approved the filing of a Certificate of Amendment (the "Amendment") to the Articles of Incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State changing the Company’s name from Indestructible I, Inc. to Dongsheng Pharmaceutical International Co., Ltd.Officer

On August 19, 2010, Xicai Su resigned from his position as the Chief Operating Officer of Dongsheng Pharmaceutical International Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). His resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. A copy of Mr. Su’s resignation letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.

Mr. ~~the~~Zhang ~~Counter~~combines ~~Bulletin~~over ~~Board~~25 ~~has~~years ~~been~~of ~~changed~~experience ~~from~~in ~~“IBLE”~~the topharmaceutical ~~“DNGH”~~industry, most recently serving as athe ~~result~~general manager of ~~the~~Hainan ~~Amendment~~General ~~disclosed~~Alliance inPharmaceutical ~~Item~~& ~~5.03~~Technology ~~above~~Corporation.
