As of the date hereof, Collins Timber Company LLC beneficially owned 8,179,657 shares of Common Stock.

Mr. Mosby is on the Board of Directors of the Issuer and is a Senior Vice President of Collins Pine Company, which owns approximately 64% of the Collins Timber Company LLC. Mr. Mosby does not exercise any voting or dispositive power over the 8,179,657 shares of the Issuer's common stock owned by Collins Timber Company LLC.

As of the date hereof, Collins Timber Company LLC owns 15.0% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock and Mr. Mosby owns 0% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock. These percentages are calculated based on 54,481,022 shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Issuer’s annual report on Form 10-K for the annual period ended December 31, 2010, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2011.
