Inventory Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 4. INVENTORY Our inventory consists primarily of finished implants and products for use in surgical operations and also a nominal amount of raw materials, in total amounting to $1,257,119 and $1,214,932 as of March 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011, respectively. At March 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011, $912,446 and $811,087, respectively, of inventory is classified as a long term asset; which is not expected to be sold in the next business cycle. Long term inventory is presented net of the allowance for obsolete inventory of $116,234 in the balance sheet as of March 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011.

If inventory is stated above cost, accrued net losses on firm purchase commitments for inventory and losses resulting from valuing inventory at the lower-of-cost-or-market may also be included. For LIFO inventory, may disclose the amount and basis for determining the excess of replacement or current cost over stated LIFO value and the effects of a LIFO quantities liquidation that impacts net income.
