Departure of Director and Chief Operating Officer

On August 24, 2015, John Esteireiro resigned from his positions as a director and Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Esteireiro resigned to pursue other opportunities and not as the result of any disagreement between Mr. Esteireiro and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
