As of August 3, 2016, Old Main Capital, LLC (“Old Main”) was deemed to have beneficially owned 9.99% of the common stock of Epic Stores Corp., as a result of the second amendment of even date to the 8% senior convertible promissory note and 10% senior secured convertible promissory note originally issued on January 27, 2016.
