Summary of Significant Accounting Policies [Abstract]
Basis of presentation	Basis of presentation The accompanying financial statements been prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) in the United States.
Principles of Consolidation	Principles of Consolidation The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nexus Acquisition Corp. Significant intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated in consolidation
Cash and Cash Equivalents	Cash and Cash Equivalents For purposes of the consolidated statements of cash flows, cash equivalents include all highly liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less. The Company maintains its cash in bank deposit accounts which, at times, may exceed federally insured limits. The Company has not experienced any losses in such accounts. The Company believes it is not exposed to any significant credit risks on cash and cash equivalents.
Property and Equipment	Property and Equipment Property and equipment is stated at cost. The cost of property and equipment is depreciated over the estimated useful lives of the related assets of 5 years for equipment and 10 years for furniture. Depreciation is computed using the straight-line method for financial reporting purposes and accelerated methods for income tax purposes. Expenditures for major renewals or betterments that extend the useful lives of property and equipment are capitalized. Expenditures for maintenance and repairs are charged to expense as incurred.
Intangible asset	Intangible asset Intangible asset consist of capitalized website cost which is amortized on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful life of the related asset of 5 years.
Impairment of Long-Lived Assets	Impairment of Long-Lived Assets Long-lived assets, which include intangible assets with finite useful lives, are reviewed for impairment whenever events or changes in circumstances indicate that the carrying amount of an asset may not be recoverable. Recoverability of assets to be held and used is measured by comparison of the carrying amount of an asset to future net cash flows expected to be generated by the asset. If such assets are considered to be impaired the impairment to be recognized is measured by the amount by which the carrying amount of the asset exceeds the fair market value of the assets.
Net Loss Per Share	Net Loss Per Share Net loss per common share is computed based on the weighted average number of common shares outstanding and common stock equivalents, if not anti-dilutive. Diluted earnings per share reflect the potential dilution of securities that could share in earnings of an entity. Diluted income per share reflects the potential dilution that would occur if outstanding warrants were exercised utilizing the treasury stock method. Due to the Company’s net losses, dilutive common stock equivalents are excluded from the diluted loss per share calculation as the effect would be anti-dilutive.
Income Taxes	Income Taxes Deferred tax assets and liabilities are recognized for the estimated future tax consequences attributable to temporary differences between the financial statement carrying amounts of existing assets and liabilities and their respective tax bases. These assets and liabilities are measured using enacted tax rates expected to apply to taxable income in the years in which the temporary differences are expected to reverse. We have net operating loss carryforwards available to reduce future taxable income. Future tax benefits for these net operating loss carryforwards are recognized to the extent that realization of these benefits is considered more likely than not. To the extent that we will not realize a future tax benefit, a valuation allowance is established.
Use of Estimates	Use of Estimates The preparation of financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect certain reported amounts and disclosures. Accordingly, actual results could differ from those estimates.
Fair Value of Financial Instruments	Fair Value of Financial Instruments The carrying amounts reported in the balance sheets for accounts payable, accrued expenses and debt are a reasonable estimate of fair value because of the short period of time between the origination of such instruments and their expected realization and, if applicable, the stated rate of interest is equivalent to rates currently available. Fair value is defined as the exchange price that would be received for an asset or paid to transfer a liability (an exit price) in the principal or most advantageous market for the asset or liability in an orderly transaction between market participants on the measurement date. Valuation techniques used to measure fair value maximize the use of observable inputs and minimize the use of unobservable inputs. The Company utilizes a three-level valuation hierarchy for disclosures of fair value measurements, defined as follows: Level 1: inputs to the valuation methodology are quoted prices (unadjusted) for identical assets or liabilities in active markets Level 2: inputs to the valuation methodology include quoted prices for similar assets and liabilities in active markets, and inputs that are observable for the assets or liability, either directly or indirectly, for substantially the full term of the financial instruments. Level 3: inputs to the valuation methodology are unobservable and significant to the fair value The Company does not have any assets or liabilities that are required to be measured and recorded at fair value on a recurring basis.
Related party transactions	Related party transactions A related party is generally defined as (i) any person that holds 10% or more of the Company’s securities and their immediate families, (ii) the Company’s management, (iii) someone that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company, or (iv) anyone who can significantly influence the financial and operating decisions of the Company. A transaction is considered to be a related party transaction when there is a transfer of resources or obligations between related parties.
Research and Development Costs	Research and Development Costs Research and development costs are charged to operations when incurred and are included in operating expense. Research and development costs were $31,404 and $233,835 for the years ended February 28, 2017 and February 29, 2016, respectively.
Stock-Based Compensation	Stock-Based Compensation We account for stock based compensation in accordance with ASC 718 which requires companies to measure the cost of employee services received in exchange for an award of an equity instrument based on the grant-date fair value of the award and to recognize stock-based compensation expense on a straight-line basis over the requisite service period. . Awards given to nonemployees are accounted for under ASC 505 where the awards are valued at the earlier of the commitment date or completion of services.
