Item 5.01 Change in Control of Registrant.

On January 15, 2018, Beachfront Comforts entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”) pursuant to which it purchased an aggregate of 10,800,000 shares of his shares of the Company’s common stock from DB Holding Inc. (“DBH”). These shares represent 100% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock.
