On October 25, 2018, Lei Wang resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of National Art Exchange, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Wang resigned from the Company for personal reasons and not as a result of any disputes or disagreements between Ms. Wang and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, accounting policies or practices.
