Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 9, 2021, Coro Global Inc. (the “Company”) granted an aggregate of 6,000,000 restricted shares of common stock to six officers, employees, and consultants of the Company, including 1,000,000 shares to David Dorr, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and 1,000,000 shares to Brian Dorr, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Under the four year vesting schedule 25% of such shares will vest on the one year anniversary of the grant date. For the following three years 6.25% of the shares will vest on each three-month anniversary of the grant date, subject to the recipient’s continuous service with the Company on such vesting dates.
