Amendment Description	New Vista Acquisition Corp is filing this Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) to its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2021, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on November 23, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”), solely to correct a typographical error in the basic and diluted net income per share disclosures for the three months ended March 31, 2021 in Note 2 of the Notes to Unaudited Condensed Financial Statements. Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 was changed from $0.10 to $(0.08) net loss per share, and basic and diluted weighted average shares outstanding not subject to redemption was changed from 6,000,000 to 6,400,000 shares. Except for such typographical corrections, this Amendment does not update, modify or amend any other disclosure set forth in the Form 10-Q.In accordance with applicable SEC rules, we are also filing updated certifications from our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer as Exhibits 31.1, 31.2, 32.1 and 32.2 to this Amendment.
