Resignation of Directors

On October 15, 2010, Sari Laitinen and Petri Maninen resigned as directors of the Company. Ms. Laitinen served as the Chair of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Executive Compensation Committee. Mr. Morra will now serve as the Chair of the Nominating Committee.
