Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 8, 2018, NuStar GP Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NSH”), issued a press release announcing, in part, the financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing the financial results is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated herein by reference.
