Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On March 3, 2020, the Company amended its corporation bylaws to include language that would allow its stock transfer agent to use electronic book entry format when processing new shareholder certificates. The amendment was ratified by management and became effective on March 3, 2020.
