Item 8.01 Other Events.

Global Wholehealth Partners Corporation (the “Company”) has established a purchasing relationship with Kisso, LLC (“Kisso”), a supplier of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) antigen tests for COVID-19. On November 8, 2021, the Company purchased 10,000 boxes of EUA Approved COVID-19 Home Test Kits from Kisso for distribution. Sales from this purchase are expected to generate revenue for the Company.
