On October 26, 2010, Thomas Hakel advised the Company that he will resign as a Director of American TonerServ Corp. (the "Company") effective October 29, 2010. Mr. Hakel's resignation was for personal reasons and not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
