Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 10, 2013, NTS Realty Holdings Limited Partnership (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the board of directors of its managing general partner, NTS Realty Capital, Inc., approved a third quarter distribution of $0.05 per unit on the Company’s limited partnership units. The distribution will be paid on October 11, 2013 to limited partners of record at the close of business on September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in its entirety in this Item 8.01 disclosure by reference.
