On February 18, 2005, the Board of Directors and holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of Moliris Corp. have approved a twenty for one reverse split of its Class A common shares bringing its total outstanding shares to 2,347,000. The company's transfer agent will issue new share certificates upon receipt of currently held certificates.
