Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events.

In our Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2004, we reported that a claim by one of our vendors for approximately $500,000 was in arbitration. On May 14, 2007, the arbitrator ruled entirely in our favor, finding no liability to the vendor.
