Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On December 31, 2009, Mr. Hin Hiong Khoo announced his retirement from active participation in the Company and as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors. He will continue with the Company in an advisory capacity. Bill Burbank, CHVC’s President and CEO will act as interim Chairman.
