Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Third Quarter 2016

Distribution of $0.36 Per Share

Westport, Conn., October 6, 2016 - Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (“CODI” or the “Company”), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2016 is payable on October 27, 2016 to all holders of record as of October 20, 2016.

Alan Offenberg, CEO of Compass Diversified Holdings, stated, “We are pleased to declare our third quarter distribution of $0.36 per share. We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our IPO in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $14.2752 per share to our shareholders.”

FOX designs and manufactures high-performance suspension products primarily for mountain bikes, side-by-side vehicles, on-road and off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, and motorcycles.
