15. Subsequent Events	In accordance with FASB ASC Topic 855, Subsequent Events, the Company evaluates events and transactions that occur after the balance sheet date for potential recognition in the financial statements. The effects of all subsequent events that provide additional evidence of conditions that existed at the balance sheet date are recognized in the financial statements as of March 31, 2012. In preparing these financial statements, the Company evaluated the events and transactions that occurred through the date these financial statements were issued. The Company determined that the following event required disclosure: Subsequent to March 31, 2012, the Company acquired a commercial property from its CEO, Morris Kahn, through the issuance of 20,000,000 shares of common stock and the assumption of $1,200,000 of mortgage debt.
