EQUITY TRANSACTIONS	Common Stock During the nine months ended July 31, 2012, the Company issued 2,350,000 shares of common stock upon conversion of convertible promissory notes in the amount of $1,315. The conversions were done within the within the terms of the note. No gain or loss was recognized. As of July 31, 2012 and October 31, 2011, there were 28,132,026 and 25,782,081 shares of Company common stock issued and outstanding, respectively. Warrants and Options During the nine months ended July 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company did not issue any stock warrants or options. As of July 31, 2012, no warrants or options are outstanding.

Common Stock
