Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 20, 2021, the Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC (the "Company") board of directors declared a distribution of $25,824,000 which equals $400.00 per membership unit. The record date for the distribution is October 20, 2021. The Company anticipates paying this distribution by the end of October 2021.
