(b) Erin Energy Corp. (the “Company”) has accepted letter of resignation by:

Mr. Sakiru Adefemi (Femi) Ayoade as the Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of the Company;

Mr. Abdulsabur O . Bello (Dippo) as Vice President, Financial Planning and Treasurer of the Company; and

Ms. Heidi Wong as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Company.
