ITEM 1. SECURITY AND ISSUER.

Common Stock, par value $0.0001, of Mayquest Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Issuer”)

ITEM 2. IDENTITY AND BACKGROUND.

This statement is filed by Hydrangea Holdings Ltd., a Cyprus corporation ("Hydrangea "), and Ganna Zherdytska (each a "Reporting Person," and together, the "Reporting Persons").

Hydrangea purchased 31,026,600 of the Company's Common Stock as of December 22, 2009, pursuant to a Common Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of December 10, 2009 between Hydrangea and the Company.

Hydrangea is a corporation incorporated in Cyprus. Hydrangea is an investment consulting company based in Ukraine.. Hydrangea is located at the following address: Crystal Offices, Krambis Bldg., Stasikratous str. 20B, flat 202, 1064 Nicosia, Cyprus.

Hydrangea has never (i) been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors) or (ii) been a party to a civil proceeding and as a result of such proceeding was or is subject to a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws.

The controlling shareholder of Hydrangea is Ganna Zherdytska, who is also the Director of Hydrangea. Ganna Zherdytska’s business address is at Crystal Offices, Krambis Bldg., Stasikratous str. 20B, flat 202, 1064 Nicosia, Cyprus. Ganna Zherdytska has never (i) been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors) or (ii) been a party to a civil proceeding and as a result of such proceeding was or is subject to a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws. Ganna Zherdytska is a citizen of Ukraine.

ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION.

Pursuant to a Common Stock Purchase Agreement, on December 22, 2009, Hydrangea purchased for a price of USD$59,990.00 in cash, 31,026,600 shares of newly issued restricted shares of common stock from the Company. Hydrangea used "working capital" to purchase the Company's Common Stock. As used herein, the Term "working capital" includes income from the business operations of Hydrangea plus sums borrowed from, among other sources, banks and brokerage firm margin accounts, to operate such business in general.

ITEM 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION.

The Reporting Persons acquired their interests in the Company pursuant to a transaction whereby Roman Zherdytskyi would become an sole officer and director of the Company. The shares of Common Stock were acquired for the purpose of acquiring control of the Company and seeking one or more strategic acquisitions. In connection therewith, Ganna Zherdytska, Roman Zherdytskyi and/or Hydrangea may recommend and/or vote in favor of one or more proposals which would amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation and for the appointment of directors.

The Reporting Persons may in the future directly acquire shares of Common Stock in open market or private transactions, block purchases or otherwise. The Reporting Persons may continue to hold or dispose of all or some of the securities reported herein from time to time, in each case in open market or private transactions, block sales or purchases or otherwise, subject to compliance with applicable law. Other than as set forth herein, the Reporting Persons has no plans or proposals which relate to, or could result in, any of the matters referred to in paragraphs (b) through (j), inclusive, of Item 4 of the Schedule 13D. The Reporting Persons may, at any time and from time to time, review or reconsider his or its position and formulate plans or proposals with respect thereto, but has no present intention of doing so.

ITEM 5. INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER.

(a) Hydrangea beneficially owns 31,026,600 shares of the Company's Common Stock, representing 99% interest in the shares of Common Stock currently issued and outstanding.

As the controlling stockholder of Hydrangea, Ganna Zherdytska is the "control person" of the Company as that term is defined in the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Other than as described in this Schedule 13D, Hydrangea or Ganna Zherdytska has no contracts, arrangements, understandings or relationships with any other person with respect to any securities of the Issuer.
