Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On January 18, 2018, Bear State Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
