Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 7, 2022, Benjamin Yablon resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Salt Blockchain Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, and as a member of all committees of the Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries, effective as of December 30, 2021. Mr. Yablon did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
