Regulation FD Disclosure.

First Trust Dynamic Europe Equity Income Fund ("FDEU") is filing herewith a press release issued on October 23, 2023, as Exhibit 99.1. The press release was issued by First Trust Advisors L.P. (“FTA”) to announce that shareholders of FDEU, a closed-end management investment company, managed by FTA and sub-advised by Janus Henderson Investors, have approved the reorganization of the Fund into First Trust Active Global Quality Income ETF (“AGQI”), an actively managed exchange-traded fund that will be traded on the NYSE Arca and will be managed by FTA and sub-advised by Janus Henderson Investors. Subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions, the reorganization of FDEU into AGQI is expected to close on or around November 20, 2023. Details regarding the reorganization are contained in the press release included herein.
