(b) On March 18, 2013, Mr. Hideyuki Kanakubo resigned as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of AirTouch Communications, Inc. (“Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AirTouch, Inc. The board of directors of the Company has initiated a search for a new president and chief executive officer of the Company.
