Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 9, 2018, Edward P. Swyer resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CÜR Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), thereby reducing the Company’s Board to two members. Mr. Swyer’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
