Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On March 2, 2020, China VTV Limited, a Nevada corporation (the “Company” or “we”), filed a current report on Form 8-K (the “8-K”) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to disclose that the Company consummated the acquisition of Butterfly Effect Culture Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (the “Target”) on February 24, 2020. The Company herein amends the 8-K to include the required audited financial statements of the Target for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018.
