Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 31, 2023, Wenjin Li notified the board of FHT Future Technology Ltd. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign, effective immediately, from his position as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Li’s resignation does not result from any disagreements with the company.

On January 31, 2023 Xuteng Wu, 39, has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and sole Director of the Company. Xuteng Wu is a private investor with extensive business experience. Mr. Wu has been the General Manager of Xiamen Zhenghe Future Information and Technology Co., Ltd. since 2016, responsible for the business starting up and its daily operation. Before that, he was the General Manager of Xiamen Tequ Information and Technology Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2016, responsible for the business starting up and its daily operation. He has a Bachelor Degree of Communication Engineering from Huaqiao University in China.
