Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 2, 2017, Mr. Paul Haglund resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the associated committees thereof of Aspirity Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) for personal reasons and not due to any disagreements with the Board, management, or the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
