Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 27, 2018 Hoverink Biotechnologies, Inc announced it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $2.5 million of Series A Convertible Notes offering to qualified buyers. A press release relating to the notes is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
