Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 31, 2018, Yogesh Patel, Director of the Company, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Head of Global Marking for Longfin Corp (the “Company”) thereof, notified the Company of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective November 01, 2018. There were no disagreements between Yogesh Patel and the Company.
